This measure assesses the percentage of respondents who indicated how much of a problem ("Not a problem," "A small problem," or "A big problem") they had with their health plan customer service, information and paperwork. The "Health Plan Customer Service, Information, and Paperwork," composite measure is based on three questions in the CAHPS 3.0 Health Plan Survey (Adult Questionnaire). Note: A composite score is calculated in which a higher score indicates better quality. Composite scores are intended for consumer-level reporting. Additionally, frequency distributions are available for plans or providers to use for quality improvement purposes.

so..thankfully in 22days I'll be able to sign a cellphone contract..and seeing as I'm using it as my home phone..I need a good plan with a company that won't screw me over royally. I'm on pay as you go with Fido..and although it's expensive I've had no problems with them(probably cuz I don't really need to deal with them). But what companies do you guys suggest? I'm not going with Rogers because I know waaaaay to many people who were getting extra fees on their bills that had nothing to do with their plan. Suggestions? Thanks!
